かわいい干菓子と金平糖、本葛入りの黒豆ゼリー、春巻きの皮焼き菓子 で七夕おやつ
【春巻きの皮焼き菓子の作り方】
①同量の水と小麦粉でのりを作る。
②春巻きの皮は半分に切ってバターを塗り、ブラウンシュガーをまぶす。
③端からくるくるまるめて巻終わりを①を塗って止める。
④オーブンの天板に並べ、200℃で8〜10分カリっと焼く。
⑤焼いている間にいりごまとブラウンシュガーを混ぜ合わせる。
⑥焼きあがったら、あたたかい内に⑤をふりかける。

2018年7月12日今年度の木曜日クラスはご兄弟姉妹がいらっしゃる生徒さんも多くいらして、なかなか授業に集中でかない状態でした。
初めての試みで今日から生徒さんだけお預かりしてレッスンをしてみました。
いつもいてくれるママがいないので不安で離れ難い生徒さん、泣いてしまった生徒さんもいらっしゃいましたが、今までにない程集中して充実のレッスンを提供する事が出来ました。
もうしばらくこの方式で様子をみたいと思います。どうぞご理解ご協力お願いいたします。
他の曜日から木曜日に振替希望される方も生徒さんのみの入室になりますのでご了承下さい。
