ずーっと暖かい冬で雪が降らなかったのに朝起きると一面の銀世界
小さなお子さんを連れて雪の日の外出大変ですよね･･･いつもより少ないメンバーでしたが6か月の男の子ママが三人体験にきてくれました。楽しんでもらえたかな？
今日は上郷図書館で冬の絵本の読み聞かせとわらべ歌、お子さんの描いた絵を使っての絵本作り
まだ絵の描けないお子さんはママが名前を使ってイラストを描いて絵本をつくりました。

くるくるアップルパイ
2016年1月24日 日曜日ベビークラスのりょうちゃんのおじいちゃんからたくさんりんごをいただきましたヾ(*ﾟ▽ﾟ)ﾉ”

今日はいただいたりんごでアップルパイを作りました。
私は中がとろとろのアップルパイよりも少しりんごの固さが残るほうが好きなのでこのアップルパイをよく作ります。くるくるっとした形もお気に入り♪
【材料】りんご２個 バター10g 砂糖20g シナモンシュガー（あれば適宜） 冷凍パイシート2枚
【作り方】①りんごは１個を8等分のくし型に切る。
②フライパンにバターを入れ溶けたらりんごを入れ中火でカラメル色になるまで動かさずに焼く。よい色になったらりんごを裏返し、砂糖を振りいれ、オーブンペーパーで落し蓋をして火を通す。あまり中まで火を通しすぎるとやわらかくなるので注意！
③オーブンペーパーをはずし、フライパンをゆすりながら水分を飛ばしカラメル状にしてりんごにからめる、あればシナモンシュガーをかける。（好みで）
④りんごを冷まし、冷凍パイシートを縦に八等分してりんごにくるくる巻きつける。溶いた卵黄を刷毛で塗ると焼き上がりがきれいです。
⑤２２０℃に予熱したオーブンで１０～１２分焼く。
